Office · 01 Office ventilation is sized from headcount, equipment heat and working hours — not from floor area slogans. Aurum Prodest designs and installs supply-exhaust systems for open-space, rooms and meeting rooms: fresh air without draught, noise fit for calls, installation by zones so the whole office does not stop.
A domestic breather on a 20–40 person open-space does not meet CO₂ or comfort by midday. We calculate outdoor air from sanitary rules and real seating: typically from 60 m³/h per person in permanently occupied rooms, with meeting-room peaks. That sets duct size, fan pressure and AHU duty — not “whatever the neighbour used”.

Noise is the second reason office ventilation “fails”. Grilles over desks and max fan speed produce 40–45 dB at the workstation. We specify silencers, put the fan on the roof or in a plant room, and check face velocity at the grille. The target is a background that allows video calls with the system on.
Filtration follows the site: roadside dust needs F7 with an F9 option; a cleaner business-centre intake may run F7 with a real change interval. Heat recovery belongs on high-air-change offices where heating the outdoor air dominates the bill — for 200–500 m² in Tashkent that often pays back in one or two heating seasons.
We install by zones and after hours when needed: corridors and shafts first, then open-space, then meeting rooms. In-house ductwork in Tashkent is cut for the false-ceiling height so the designer is not fighting oversized boxes.
After install we balance every branch with an anemometer and hand over drawings, AHU documents and a filter schedule. Workmanship warranty is 5 years. Seasonal service is a separate contract: filters, belts, controls, heat-exchanger cleaning.
Restaurant ventilation is two jobs under one roof: pull heat and grease off the line, keep the dining room comfortable without kitchen smell.
Workshop ventilation is sized from process emissions, not from floor-area myths.
Warehouse ventilation protects goods and people, not “air under the ridge for its own sake”.
Supply-exhaust ventilation is not “two fans at opposite ends of the building”. It is a balanced AHU: what you take from outside you throw away, filtered, heated, often with heat recovery. Aurum Prodest selects supply-only, extract-only o…
Ventilation design saves site rework: air change and pressure first, then duct sizes and purchase lists.
Ventilation succeeds on airflow design and ducts more than brand stars. Pros/cons of units we install often.

Headcount, ceiling height, heat recovery and duct length drive the price. We lock it in a contract after the survey — no open extras after start.
Yes. We work by zones and often in the evening. The admin agrees the dusty window before we start.
If air change is high, recovery cuts winter heat and helps summer cooling load. Small rooms may not pay back — we calculate it.
Occupancy rates, noise, filtration and 9–12 hour duty. A domestic unit does not deliver the flow and clogs fast.
We can service on contract or give a schedule to your facilities team. F7 in the city is often 3–6 months, not “once a year”.
Yes. Grilles are placed so supply does not fight cassettes or ducts at desks.
