About the service

40 °C outdoor air without a coil stuffs an office even with splits — you cool the same hot air. An AHU coil unloads room units and keeps air-change hygiene. We size flow and ΔT and tie to a chiller or condensing unit.

Eliminator and drain are not optional. Skip them and you get wet ducts, mould, inspection trouble. Fall, trap, clean-out. Insulate the cold run after the coil against outer condensate.

DX: braze, vacuum, match the outdoor CU. Water: valves and balance with FCUs on the same chiller so the AHU does not steal the building’s cooling.

This is air treatment in the unit, not cooling one room. We do not sell a coil as a substitute for a shop split.

Commission supply temperature and no droplet carry-over. Service: coil wash, tray. Factory and workmanship by contract.

Why a coil if we have splits?

Untreated outdoor air is hot air into the room. Splits wear out. You often need both.

Why is the ceiling wet by the AHU?

No eliminator, drain or insulation. Find the node, not “a bad unit”.

Water or DX?

Chiller — water. No chiller — CU. We count power and service.

Add a section to an old AHU?

If space and board allow. Sometimes a new unit is cheaper.

Inspections?

Dry networks and filters help. A wet duct does the opposite.

Link to chillers?

Yes — a water coil is fed by that cooling.
