Rectangular ducts are the default for offices, malls and industrial mains where ceiling height is tight. Aurum Prodest fabricates them in Tashkent: laser, folding, flanges, geometry check before dispatch.

Rectangle packs more flow into a shallow ceiling than round. We size velocity instead of inflating sections “just in case” until they miss the corridor. Gauge follows side length and leakage class.

About the service

Flanges, slides and gaskets are half the tightness. Screw-only joints whistle. We match 20/30 slides or welded flanges on big mains. Access doors sit where the network will actually be cleaned.

Typical batches from 2 working days. Specials (AHU connections, column wraps) from your drawing or our measure. QC on geometry and coating. Packing so edges survive a Tashkent truck.

Own transport, staged drops to the install programme. Supply-only for other contractors, or one contract if we also hang the network.

Insulation can be applied in the shop. Product warranty by contract; our install 5 years.

Round spiral ducts have lower resistance and nipple joints. Aurum Prodest makes diameters and fittings in Tashkent for AHUs, extract and industrial networks where the gauge fits.

Duct fittings

Fittings decide whether a network hangs or is cut on site with an angle grinder.

Thermal and acoustic duct insulation

Duct insulation cuts losses, condensate and noise. Aurum Prodest applies thermal and acoustic wrap in the shop or on site: wool, PE foam, foil — matched to supply temperature and the job of the run.
