Insulation · 02 Duct insulation cuts losses, condensate and noise. Aurum Prodest applies thermal and acoustic wrap in the shop or on site: wool, PE foam, foil — matched to supply temperature and the job of the run.

Acoustics are separate: open-space rumble is not fixed by 3 mm foam. Density, internal splitter silencers and outer wrap as calculated. A “fur coat” on a whole riser without a calc almost never works.
Straights wrap cleaner in the shop. Fittings and joints are finished after assembly so flanges are not cold bridges. Foil facing is protection and look for exposed loft mains.
Kitchen grease ducts follow fire rules and wash access — do not bury a canopy. Outdoor runs get weather facing, not office tape.
We check for wet spots after cooling start-up. We can insulate our ducts or an existing network after survey.
Rectangular ducts are the default for offices, malls and industrial mains where ceiling height is tight.
Round spiral ducts have lower resistance and nipple joints. Aurum Prodest makes diameters and fittings in Tashkent for AHUs, extract and industrial networks where the gauge fits.
Fittings decide whether a network hangs or is cut on site with an angle grinder.
