About the service

Spiral holds round and likes medium-to-high flows. We cut lengths to the run so the site is not a pile of offcuts. Diameters follow the design or an existing network so you are not fitting a transition at every turn.

Nipple joints with seals assemble faster than flanges on small diameters; large sizes get flanges. Bends, tees and reducers ship as a set. Flex only at the fan.

Kitchen extract is a separate stainless or galvanized spec — not domestic flex. Dust lines get velocity so chips do not sit in horizontals.

Stock diameters from 2 days. Packed so tubes are not crushed. Insulation optional. Install by us or collection.

QC: diameter, length, edge. Repeat batches match the first phase of a site so you are not mixing two flange standards mid-build.

Is round quieter than rectangular?

At the same velocity usually less turbulence. Fan, silencer and grille velocity still matter.

Swap rectangle to round on site?

Via transitions if the diameter fits the shaft — often the stopper.

Non-standard diameter?

Yes, for equipment. Stock sizes are faster.

Stainless?

On request for food/kitchen. Base shop is galvanize.

Long tubes to site?

Own trucks, braced. We cut for yard access if needed.

Fabrication only or install too?

Both. One contract if we also hang the network.
