Fittings decide whether a network hangs or is cut on site with an angle grinder. Aurum Prodest makes bends, tees, transitions, hoods and column wraps — from drawing or measure, QC before dispatch.

About the service

Straight duct is easy. Bends and taps with the wrong radius whistle and add pressure. We nest patterns in software so the installer is not dressing every piece.

Specials: beam wraps, foreign AHU adapters, local-extract hoods, rectangle-to-round in a 400 mm shaft. We measure if there is no drawing. Kitchens get washable nodes; dust gets tapers without pockets.

Silencers and flex ship with the same flange standard as the mains. Caps, nipples, blast gates from the spec, not a mixed market bag.

Specials take longer than straight tube but beat import lead times. Large pieces stage. QC photos on request for out-of-town clients.

Supply-only or included when we install. One standard with the straights so the site is not a bag of mixed flanges.

Where we apply this

Rectangular galvanized ducts

Rectangular ducts are the default for offices, malls and industrial mains where ceiling height is tight.

Round spiral ducts

Round spiral ducts have lower resistance and nipple joints. Aurum Prodest makes diameters and fittings in Tashkent for AHUs, extract and industrial networks where the gauge fits.

Thermal and acoustic duct insulation

Duct insulation cuts losses, condensate and noise. Aurum Prodest applies thermal and acoustic wrap in the shop or on site: wool, PE foam, foil — matched to supply temperature and the job of the run.
