Design · 07 Industrial air-conditioning design starts with a survey, not a chiller brochure. Aurum Prodest calculates loads, chooses chiller–fan coil, central AHU or VRF, and issues drawings you can install from without rebuilding the roof.
Industrial cooling is not “kW per shopfront square”. We count people, lighting, process, sun and ventilation. 24/7 warehouses and Tashkent peak summer get a margin — without doubling the plant “just in case” and blowing the electrical supply.

Chiller–fan coil when there are many zones on water; central AHU when one air handler serves a volume; VRF when the building is cut into rooms. Hydraulics, pipe lengths, roof loads and service space are in the set, or install stops at the structural engineer.
Working documents: equipment plans, pipe axonometric, spec, electrical and controls assignments, isolation details. Our duct shop is tied to fan-coil and grille layout so HVAC is one pack.
The estimate follows the spec: a chiller brand swap is a visible delta. Live factories get staged design. Supervision is optional if another installer builds it.
The output is a file a crew can pump and wire from — 500+ sites since 2012. Typical mistakes (short pipe, forgotten drain, no service to the chiller) are already bans in our details. Install workmanship after our design: 5 years.
A chiller–fan coil system cools with water: one chiller on the roof or yard, fan coils in the rooms.
A central system treats air in one machine — AHU or chamber — and ducts it through the building.
Industrial air conditioning holds process and people temperature, not “home comfort in a shed”.
In industry, class equals downtime risk and ownership cost. Pros/cons by segment for plant, warehouse, or mall.

| Brand | Class | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Premium | Range scale and large-plant experience | High ownership cost at entry |
| | Premium | Reliability in continuous duty | Expensive for non-critical zones |
| | Premium | Industrial premium chillers/central plant | Long leads and strict budgets |
| | Mid-range | Capacity + standards + workable quote | Not always top for comfort noise |
| | Mid-range | Typical industrial loads | Less premium line flexibility |
| | Mid-range | Common CIS commercial pick | Depends on local support |
| | Mid-range | Handy in an AHU package | Not the #1 “heavy chiller” brand |
| Climate | Tashkent peak heat in the calc |
|---|---|
| Duty | office / 24/7 process |
| Schemes | chiller-FCU, central AHU, VRF |
| Sketch | from 5 working days |
| Mid-size WD | 2–6 weeks |
| Follow-on install | 5-year work warranty |
Survey, loads, scheme, spec, estimate and programme. Industrial install without it almost always costs more in rework.
You can — then learn pumps cannot deliver and FCUs scream. Design is cheaper than swapping the machine next season.
Working stage for install — yes. Stamps and codes are in the contract if review is required.
Pumps, water, controls, standby, 24/7. A split is not a factory calc.
Yes. Air handling and cooling are one heat balance.
From area, zone count and scheme. A figure follows the survey.
