About the service

Lobby and restaurant peak at meal times. Do not share the same branch as silent rooms. We split circuits or outdoor modules. Lobby cassettes follow the ceiling design.

A central controller for engineering: faults, filters, empty-room off. Key-card integration is a hotel brief, not every brand out of the box. Summer check-in and banquets get a cooling margin.

Live hotels install by wing on a reception timetable. Commissioning includes a night noise test. 5-year workmanship. Service off-peak.

Old wings may keep splits until a capex cycle. We write the hybrid in the brief so engineering is not surprised at handover.
