VRF air conditioning for a business centre

VRF air conditioning for a business centre Office tower · 06

A business-centre VRF system is one outdoor plant per wing and independent climate in offices. Aurum Prodest designs diversity, pipe length and service without shutting the whole floor.

Tenants do not run AC in sync. We use diversity, not the sum of every indoor unit. Addressing and a central controller let the operator see faults and cap setpoints if the lease says so.

About the service

Tenants do not run AC in sync. We use diversity, not the sum of every indoor unit. Addressing and a central controller let the operator see faults and cap setpoints if the lease says so.

Risers and corridors take refnets, oil traps and port access. Length and lift errors show up as a warm far office. We leave a path to add a floor without replacing the outdoor plant.

Outdoors sit on the roof or yard with isolation and service space, not against bedrooms without an acoustic check. Power is dedicated, not “off the floor board”.

Live towers install at night, floor by floor. Commissioning: vacuum, charge by pipe length, all modes, dispatcher training. 5-year workmanship. Twice-yearly service in Uzbekistan’s climate.

Replacing a façade of splits with VRF is a common brief; sometimes retail keeps splits and offices go multi-zone — a valid hybrid if it is written in the design.

FAQ

Why VRF instead of many splits?

Fewer outdoor units, one service path, zone control. Higher entry cost, less façade chaos.

Can we add a floor later?

If outdoor and pipes have spare — yes. If the plant is already at index limit, we say so in the design.

Can FM cap tenant setpoints?

Yes if the controller and building policy allow. We set it from your brief.

Roof noise?

Acoustic calc, isolation, sometimes a screen. “Stick it in the corner” is how neighbours complain.

Daikin VRV and other VRF?

Yes. VRV is Daikin’s name; VRF is the class. We pick for local service and budget.

How long per floor?

Fit-out state and pipe length. Finished ceilings take longer than shell. Dates after measure.
