About the service

Condensate almost always needs a pump, safety tray and trap or you stain a tenant ceiling. Pipework is light-commercial: vacuum required. We check noise at medium speed, not the advert “turbo”.

Service: the panel comes off, filters wash — easier than a ducted hatch behind a cupboard. Shops at night. 5-year workmanship. Compact 60×60 vs large hall cassettes.

We do not drop a cassette into a stretch-ceiling flat without a box — it becomes an island everyone sees. Supply grilles should not sit tight against the cassette (short-circuit).

Cassette is simpler to service and install on Armstrong. Ducted is hidden grilles and complex throw.

Is a pump always needed?

If gravity to drain is impossible — yes. Office towers almost always have a pump.

In a flat?

Yes if you accept a ceiling panel and have height. Most homes take a wall unit.

Blows on the desk?

Louvre and layout. Do not hang it on the workstation without set-up.

Install cost?
