Chiller supply and commissioning supervision

Chiller supply and commissioning supervision Chillers · 08

Chillers are picked on load, climate and service in Uzbekistan, not the cheapest PDF. Aurum Prodest writes the brief, supplies, supervises site connections and commissions with reports — not “dropped at the gate”.

The brief is peak Tashkent cooling, water temperatures, hydraulics, power, neighbour noise and compressor access — not the cheapest line in a PDF. Air- or water-cooled condensers mean different yards, water and service. We specify N+1 when a stop is unacceptable, and we write the structural load if the machine sits on a sandwich roof.

About the service

The brief is peak Tashkent cooling, water temperatures, hydraulics, power, neighbour noise and compressor access — not the cheapest line in a PDF. Air- or water-cooled condensers mean different yards, water and service. We specify N+1 when a stop is unacceptable, and we write the structural load if the machine sits on a sandwich roof.

Supply covers factory lead, customs, offload and storage until the frame is ready. Supervision checks pipework, isolation and electricals before start. If another crew installs, remarks are written; we do not sign a dirty start-up that would kill the factory warranty.

Start-up: rotation, oil, setpoints, pressure trips, mechanic training. Passports, drawings and a service schedule go with the machine. Maker warranty survives only if start-up rules were kept — that is not a formality in city dust.

Do not confuse chiller supply with a full chiller–fan coil install. The complete water circuit lives under industrial systems. This page is the machine, logistics and supervision.

After-warranty service and condenser wash in Tashkent dust are a separate diary. Parts and chemistry are planned, not “call if it stops in July”.

Brands

In climate equipment supply we compare service life, parts, and line depth — pros and cons by class.

York Mid-range Proven mid/industrial for typical loads Narrower than premium flagships
Systemair Mid-range Easy AHU integration and kits Less “chiller weight” than HVAC giants

FAQ

Cheapest chiller?

You can. Then no parts. We pick TCO and engineers in country.

What is supervision?

An engineer checking your or our crew: pipes, power, start. Not a substitute for installers unless ordered.

On a sandwich roof?

Only with a frame and calc. Otherwise it is a collapse risk, not “supply”.

Hydraulics?

Yes on a full design. Supply-only includes pump and diameter assignments at minimum.

Lead time?

Stock to months from the factory. In the quote, not “soon”.

Brands?

Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric and peers — to the site.

Need a quote or installation? We reply within an hour on business days. Engineer visit and survey are free with a signed contract.
