About the service

Noise is the main complaint. The unit sits over a corridor or WC, not the pillow, with flex, silencers and night speed. Slot grilles follow the interior, not a domestic diffuser in the middle of the living-room ceiling.

Drain pumps fail in new-builds. We specify a safety tray and a run that will not flood the neighbour. Outdoor: bracket, isolation, façade rules.

First-fix pipes, grilles after paint. Commissioning includes a bedroom noise check. 5-year workmanship. Filters need a hatch — we show it at handover.
